THE TRAINING

The training of the Inner Warrior is two fold: (1) teaching applicable concepts and tools that stretch one’s ability to handle and perceive the world in new ways, and (2), teaching a sacred set of focused exercises called the DAXMA (da shi ma).

For detailed information about the concepts and tools taught, please go to the Inner Warrior tab.

The Daxma is a set of exercises designed to assist an individual to connect to one’s spirit, or Sacred Will, to create balance, inner strength, stability, and grace/faith.  The DAXMA lasts anywhere from a few minutes of focused intent, learning to gather in one’s energy and senses, or can be expanded to hours of focused sacred practices.  The important thing is the ability to consistently start the day in a sacred space, storing energy and connecting to the inner Spirit.

PRIVATE, GROUP, HEALING ARTS SCHOOLS

The Training of the Inner Warrior is done both privately or in groups.  Private training is done through phone consultations, and the more serious student can travel to Nevada City, CA (near Sacramento) for a one-on-one intensive training done at a monastic setting. For further details contact Kia: kia@theinnerwarrior.com.

Group training is also available through a 1, 2 or 3 day workshop.  There are 3 specific Classes (Class I, II, & III) that are currently being offered on an ongoing basis in Nevada City, CA (near Sacramento). You may also invite us to your area to hold a workshop (go to Hire Us).  In general,
Class I focuses on introducing basic concepts and tools, building a foundation for the Inner Warrior training.  A DAXMA is taught and practiced.  Class II and Class III expand into more advanced concepts and training, and more exercises are added to the DAXMA. For more detailed information, go to the Inner Warrior tab.

Healing Arts Schools can enhance their curriculum by hiring us for a 1, 2 or 3 day training catered towards teaching students to shield and contain their energy, work with the elements, and handle the overwhelm they experience during the healing arts training.  The intense body work that each student experiences during the healing arts training often stirs up residue and debris that may interfere with the student’s ability to learn effectively.  The teachings of the Inner Warrior can assist the student to stay focused and balanced during the intense hours of training, giving them new possibilities.  For more information, go to the Hire Us tab.
