There are numerous ways that teach the Way of the Warrior, each unique unto itself.  The Way of the “Inner” Warrior is a training that focuses upon moving and directing the inner flows of energy to evolve into something totally new and unique.

For there to be newness, there must be the death of the old conditioned patterns and beliefs.  For there to be newness, there must be completion with re-occurring lessons.  For there to be newness, there must be inward growth and an ever-evolving conscious awareness.  The Inner Warrior utilizes the intent of the Sacred Will to store, focus and direct the inner energies to create and manifest balance and harmony in all aspects of one’s life and Being.

The initial premise of the Inner Warrior is based upon the fact that Energy is constantly moving, creating, and directing. Either energy is directing you (Life Happens; Victim; Re-Action; Chaos), or you are directing energy (Taking Action; Creating Life; Shielding & Containing).   The Inner Warrior learns to track how the inner energies are moving and creating, then begins containing the once outwardly moving energies, and directing them with focus and intent into new and expansive ways, thereby promoting conscious growth and awareness.

Most people are not aware that they live on Automatic Pilot –  going through life’s daily routines in the same, or similar, patterns, with little awareness or a lack of energy to do anything new.  Automatically caught in the cycle of conditioned responses by reacting to one situation after another, promoting and solidifying certain Realities that are old and outdated (no longer Real).

“Realities” are filtered perceptions from a past event(s) that are continually being carried forward into the present and projected into the future, creating fixed destinies, dramas and chaos in one’s life (life happens; victim mode; guilt & blame).  The Inner Warrior knows one must be willing and able to take 100% responsibility for life, having completion from the past by moving on from what “was” in order to begin living in what “is”- the zest for living, growing and evolving with the malleability of life.  Instead of trying to change and “fix” life, the Inner Warrior creates newness.

To be “new” requires the expansion of conscious awareness: learning to work with the 3 energies, 5 elements, turning the senses inward, expand perceptions and beliefs, begin tracking body movements and observing conditioned responses, understanding the Three Levels of Self, moving your many divided attentions (part/pieces that dull the spirit) into a place of focused containment and begin “waking up” and connecting to the spirit within – creating the DAXMA – the Sacred Will of the Inner Warrior.

Expansion of Conscious Awareness

Expansion of Conscious Awareness is the Awakening to an Inner Awareness of how you create and direct patterns of energy manifesting. Most people live on Automatic Pilot- going through life’s daily routines in the same, or similar, patterns with little awareness or a lack of energy to do anything new.  Some people become conscious – alert to how perceptions and filters are programmed to run in certain repetitive patterns of behavior (conditioned responses). Few people expand into Conscious Awareness – knowing when energy is going out and having enough stored energy and focused intent to contain the energy and begin doing something new.

Conscious Awareness requires the ability to accept oneself and be willing to work with what is and expand into new possibilities.  Conscious Awareness requires the ability to observe oneself objectively – no judgment, comparison, competition or justification.

3 Energies

Inside each of us are 3 Energies – the Ka’ (spirituality), the Ma’ (mentality) and the Ta’ (physicality; creativity). Each of these 3 energies have been conditioned to respond according to specific instinctual/survival mechanisms, and each have their own agenda - not necessarily working together as one.

The Warrior who is willing to become familiar with their Ka’ Ma’ Ta’ Energies, begins realizing the Ka’ Ma’ Ta’ Energies must be disciplined and directed to work together, expanding into the focused inner connection of the Spirit.

5 Elements

Fire, Air, Earth, Water and Spirit are the Elements the Inner Warrior becomes personal with and works with to enhance their evolution.  Utilizing the 5 Elements allows the Inner Warrior to push into a new awareness inside oneself, transforming the uncontained energies into contained malleable energies.  The Elements are used to store, focus and direct one’s energies into a place growth and evolution. By working consistently with the 5 Elements, the Inner Warrior becomes aware that all the Elements can be utilized to learn about the Magical.

Turning the Senses Inward

The Inner Warrior observes that the senses have been conditioned to fit into the world by going “outward” and attaching to what can be seen, felt, heard, tasted, touched and smelled.  The senses become dull as one’s filters become “used to” the constant bombardment of information the senses provide, seeing, feeling, hearing, tasting touching, smelling and intuition.  The constant filtering of the senses cause the senses to go into overwhelm, contracting their abilities.

The Inner Warrior learns how to turn the senses inward, heightening the abilities of the senses as one expands one’s awareness.  The Warrior  observes that the Inner Senses thrive in many places inside oneself.  One can “see” without opening the eyes (an inner awareness); one can “hear” without the use of their ears (an inner intuition); one can “feel” without touching (an inner knowing).

Expanding perceptions and beliefs

People are conditioned to fit into life in a certain way.  Filters, perceptions and beliefs become molded to various degrees. Images of how one should or shouldn’t feel, or act, are instilled and responses become automatic, keeping one going on a certain course, or destiny throughout life.

The Inner Warrior becomes intimate with the inner flows of energy – how they attach to and perpetuate specific destinies that promote the solidification of life.  Once the Inner Warrior knows and accepts that the inner energies manifest outward solidification, the Warrior can learn to contain the outwardly moving energies and begin moving and directing them into the malleability of life – ever-evolving and new every moment.

Tracking body movements:

Matunhe – Dance of the Body Always Talking

Every-day movements tell a story.  How you move throughout life is determined by what you give importance to how you hold specific images inside yourself. Your every-day actions and movements have a unique language, constantly manifesting how you handle and perceive the world, and how your energy creates and directs you to move at any given moment in time. This is the Matunhe – the Dance of the Body Always Talking.

The Inner Warrior knows that one must become aware of all movements, both inside and around one’s immediate space, and begin directing the inner flows of energy to release certain stuck patterns and expand into flexibility and fluidity while staying focused and contained.

Three Levels of Self

The Expansion of Conscious Awareness deals with many levels of self-awareness.  The Three Levels of Self are a manifestation of how one learns to survive once the umbilical cord is severed from the mother.

There are “Three Levels of Self” that create the foundation of how a human develops and fits in/functions in the world.  They are: the Kallack (Personality/Physicality) - the conditioning of ones physical form and development of ones personalities. The WaBhumda  (Instinctual/Animal Nature) – the conditioning of ones instincts/sexuality/creativity. And the Whalli (concept of Spirituality) -the conditioning of ones spirituality.

The Inner Warrior realizes that the study of the Three Levels of Self and Creation is a lifelong endeavor.  The Kallack, WaBhumda, and Whalli each have their own agenda and conditioned responses, not necessarily working together.  It is the Inner Warrior’s evolution to begin tracking the Three Levels of Self and establish One chief - the connection to the Inner Spirit - knowing that it is one’s Inner connection to the Inner Spirit that sustains and perpetuates true growth and evolution.

Waking Up and Creating the DAXMA - Sacred Will of the Warrior

Waking up is the expansion of conscious awareness – how one constantly creates, moves, and directs the flows of energy both inside and around one.  The Inner Warrior knows one must be awake to begin creating the Sacred Will of the Warrior – the inner connection to the Spirit.  Creating the Sacred Will of the Warrior takes immense focus and intent.  Life becomes Sacred, and everything evolves with the spirit.

The Inner Warrior knows that with growth comes responsibility, and with responsibility comes the ability to Live a life of spirit.  One no longer “fits” the spirit into life because life “becomes” the spirit – Sacred in every aspect.
